During our initial one-hour consultation, we’ll review what you like about your space and what needs to stay. We will make suggestions for furniture layouts, updated furniture suggestions, rugs, window treatments, pillows, and lamps. We will follow up with a design recap of our recommendations.
The next steps are up to you, to execute the new design on your own; or contract with us to see it through.
Full-Service Interior Design at CAS Interior Design
There is nothing better than creating a space that a client will love for years. This service takes an existing space and recreates it.
Our initial design meeting typically lasts about 2 hours and includes consulting on the use of the room, the desired aesthetic, measuring and photographing the space and any existing furnishings that may be reused. The development stage includes space plans, fabric schemes for furniture, window treatments, pillows, furniture and rug selections, and window treatment suggestions.
The final presentation includes a review of all design elements and is followed up with a selection sheet of the selected items. All the details of procurement and installation are handled directly through CAS Interior Design. We do the work; you enjoy your home.
Interior Design for New Construction or Renovation Projects
There is such excitement in having a clean design slate and a team effort to create the home of your dreams.
We’ll work in conjunction with your architect, builder, and kitchen/bath designer to review space plans, lighting plans, and architectural selections. This may include kitchen & bath cabinetry, flooring, tile, counters, lighting, hardware, and paint. Typically, these projects continue with our full interior design service managing all the furnishing selections, procurement, and installation down to lamps.
Perfect for busy people who enjoy making the initial selections with guidance, but don’t want to be mired in the logistics or fine details of pulling it all together.
Should you wish to continue with our Full-Service Interior Design, we will further manage all the furnishing selections, procurement, and installation for you.
